LEGACY OF BAIDYANATH
AND THE BIRTH OF SHATAM JEEVA
The Sharma Family has been in service to their community since 1960 through Sharmayu (an Ayurveda medicine manufacturing company) established by Late Pandit Shri Ram Narayan Sharma ji, the founder of “Baidyanath”.
Amidst medicinal advancements and improved access to nutrition, sanitation and public health, the global catastrophe – COVID-19 struck the world and weakened the immune system of our species. The outbreak of the coronavirus was a crisis foretold. Despite the advancements in modern medicine, we were unprepared, and to some extent, still are even today.
These thoughts urged the Sharma Family to further contribute to society. Under the guidance of the family’s matriarch – Mrs. Anuradha Sharma Ji, who is a prominent social worker and activist, they decided to do what they knew best – making Ayurveda easily accessible and known throughout India and thus giving birth to Shatam Jeeva, the first wellness brand in India to emerge during the post-pandemic era.
Shatam Jeeva strives to enable longevity, rejuvenation, and vitality via authentic Ayurvedic experiences and intrinsic journeys.
