ABHYANGA

Abhyanga is an Ayurvedic practice that involves gently massaging the body with oil in a precise direction. Our modern massage therapies include modified kinds of Abhyanga. In this, a modest amount of warm oil is applied to the body in the anuloma gati position (direction of hair follicles).

NETRA TARPANAM

PIZHICHIL

It’s both a rejuvenating and curative therapy which can be done as an Ekanga dhara or a Sarvanga dhara (part of the body or the entire body). SHIRODHARA
