Dhatri, also known as Emblica officinalis or Indian gooseberry, is a medicinal plant that is native to India and Southeast Asia. It is a member of the Phyllanthaceae family and has been used in Ayurvedic medicine for its various health benefits.

Dhatri is rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, and other phytochemicals that have a wide range of medicinal properties. It is believed to have anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and immune enhancing effects. Dhatri is also believed to have a positive effect on digestion, liver function, and skin health.
