TREE HUGGING

The trees are our planet’s lungs, at Shatam Jeeva we practice nature therapy to instill a deep connection with them. Our tree hugging activity is composed of a set of practices aimed at achieving preventive medical effects through exposure to natural stimuli that render a state of physiological relaxation and boost the weakened immune functions to prevent diseases. We have designated sitting spots around our Peepal, Bhale, Amala, Banyan trees and Tulsi garden to facilitate for these benefits. In the Shatam Jeeva experience you will delve into a guided tour of tree hugging. You will learn about the various health and meditative benefits that come with hugging trees. 100 different types of trees from across the country and the world cover our lands and you will be guided on how you can embrace their aura and feel at one with the trees.
